Jennifer is passionate about representing and helping small businesses grow, and she holds the position of General Counsel for several national and international companies. She helps businesses incorporate, negotiate and draft contracts, apply for licenses, apply for minority status, dissolve businesses, and settle disputes.
As the founder and President of a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization called Spero Worldwide, Jennifer also represents a wide variety of nonprofit organizations, including churches, Veterans organizations, and animal rescue groups.
Jennifer also has a thriving immigration practice, where she represents immigrants, their families and businesses seeking to hire immigrants. She works with naturalizations, business visas, asylum applicants, religious workers, family-based visas, etc.

Juan is fluent in both English and Spanish. As an immigrant himself, Juan has a passion for all areas of immigration law.
